  • CA Board of Equalization Sellers Permit
  • Ventura County Environmental Health Division Permit to Operate
  • Ventura County FBN
  • City of Ventura Business License

Q: Where can I find your products?

A: You will be able to find my toffee and other items in select retail stores very soon. Check back for updates. Starting in 2016, you will find my products at select local Farmer’s Markets.

Q: Can I order your products with custom packaging, in gift collections or in different quantities?

Q: How long does Patty's Exquisite Toffee last?

A: Our toffee should be consumed within 2 weeks, but can be stored in the freezer indefinitely.


We use only the finest, most wholesome ingredients available, and we purchase locally whenever possible. We understand toffee and related confections are a splurge, especially in terms of calories, so we hope to offset that with a product that will both nourish the body and delight the tastebuds. We are committed to using organic sugar, hormone-free dairy products, pure sea salt and pure vanilla, made in house from triple-distilled vodka and Madagascar vanilla beans. All products are preservative free, therefore we recommend you store our products in the refrigerator and consume within 2 weeks of purchase.
