An internet sensation, the Dubai Chocolate Bar has become a very popular confection, originating at Fix Chocolatier in Dubai by Sarah Hamouda who named it after the traditional Middle Eastern dessert, Knafeh. The Dubai Chocolate Bar is a milk chocolate (also available in dark chocolate) candy bar with a crunchy gooey center containing pistachio butter and kataifi, a shredded phyllo dough. We're making the Dubai Chocolate Bar with expertly tempered Belgian Chocolate and home-made pistachio butter (made with just local pistachios, a pinch of salt, kataifi and a little tahini), decorated with splashes of naturally colored cocoa butter.
